Refund Policy

We want you to be able to evaluate Juratify with confidence. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial so you can test the Service before being charged.
14-day refund window
If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email juratify@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your workspace name and the charge you would like refunded. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
After the refund window
After 14 days, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing; your plan then remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
Annual plans and enterprise
Annual plans follow the same 14-day window from the charge date. Enterprise agreements may set their own refund terms in the contract, which take precedence over this page for those customers.
