Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Juratify (the "Service"), operated by Juratify ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
1. The Service
Juratify provides evidence-grade, audit-ready logging for AI agents. It records tamper-evident, cryptographically chained events, signs receipts and periodic checkpoints, and lets you export a signed evidence pack. The Service is designed to support EU AI Act Article 12 and Article 26 record-keeping. It is a tool, not legal advice, and it does not by itself guarantee or ensure your compliance with any law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the acts of users you invite to your workspace.
3. API keys and security
API keys authenticate ingestion to your workspace. We store only a hash of each key; the key itself is shown once at creation. You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for revoking any key that may be compromised.
4. Your data and encryption
For client-sealed events, your payloads are encrypted in your own environment with a data key that you hold and that is never transmitted to us. We store ciphertext only and cannot read client-sealed payloads. You are solely responsible for the custody and backup of your data key. If you lose it, we cannot recover it, and the affected payloads cannot be decrypted, though their integrity metadata remains verifiable.
For server-sealed events ingested through the OTLP door, the Service processes the payload transiently at ingestion and encrypts it at rest with a per-workspace key derived on our side. You choose which mode to use.
5. Data hosting and location
Customer data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union, region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany). Storage is append-only: events and receipts cannot be edited or deleted through the Service.
6. Retention and deletion
Records are retained for at least six months, reflecting the Article 26(6) minimum, and longer depending on your plan or configuration. Because storage is append-only and retention is a floor, records become deletable only after their retention period expires. This is a deliberate property of an evidence system.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to store unlawful content, or to attempt to defeat its security or integrity guarantees. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you send to the Service.
8. Fees, billing, and Paddle
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at pricing. Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment support. Prices exclude taxes, which Paddle calculates at checkout. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
9. Free trials
Where offered, a free trial lets you evaluate a plan before paying. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the listed price.
10. Compliance positioning
Juratify is designed to support EU AI Act record-keeping obligations. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee or ensure compliance with the EU AI Act or any other law. You remain responsible for your own compliance and should seek professional advice where appropriate.
11. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid customers.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from your loss of a data key.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Retention obligations described above continue to apply to records already stored.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the updated date at the top of this page will change.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Juratify's place of establishment, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
